定轴VS培铃有什么不同呢？

▶定轴--需要稳定基础及正确方式才能运铃，要持续扯动才能让扯铃转动，轴心与线摩擦力较大，可以做“蚂蚁上树”招式。离心力较大，适合做双三铃以上动作。

▶培铃--转速比定轴更持久，只需拉动几下就能让扯铃持续转动，做连贯招式不费力，适合初体验/自学者，容易上手，轴心与线摩擦力小，唯独不能做“蚂蚁上树”招式。适合做直立铃等单铃动作。

What's the difference between Fixed VS Bearing axle?

▶ Fixed axle--Requires correct method & good foundation skill to play, need continuous pulling to maintain diabolo spinning, greater friction between axle and string.(can do "Ant climbing tree/Elevator trick")

▶ Bearing axle--Has longer spinning duration than fixed axle type, only need to pull a few times and it can spin on its own, ideal for continuous tricks play or self-learned beginner as it's easier to catchup. Lesser friction between axle and string.(unable to do"Ant climbing tree/elevator" trick)
